Choose cosmetics and facial care products with care. Oily skin make up items must be water-based since oil-based cosmetics can make your skin more oily and can cause acne. Morning Skin Cleanser/Rejuvenator

Fruit acid has great effect in treatment for oily skin. They removes the extra oil and cleans the face retaining the moisturizer of the skin. Home remedies such as cucumber juice, lime juice and yogurt are effective for oily skin. A mixture of Aloe Vera, crushed strawberries and yogurt is very good for your skin. You can apply this on your face and let it dry for 15 minutes. Then rinse it off with warm water.

Night Moisturizing

You can mix 1 egg white, 1 spoon of Lemon juice, 1spoon of Mint and grated or crushed cucumber and apply it on the face for about 15 minutes. A mixture of tomato, lemon juice and oats can be an effective scrubber for your skin. Apply it on all over the skin and rinse it off with warm water. If used regularly it keeps the skin free of pimples and acne.

    The first and the most basic step towards controlling oily skin is proper cleaning. While cleaning it should be done in a gentle manner without causing skin harshness as it aggravates the problem more. The cleaning procedure varies from season to another season. As during winter the skin remains dry in normal and thus require mild cleaning while in summer it requires deep cleaning
